We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or refund on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or scents.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
